Taking the first step to enter therapy can be a difficult one, but with the help of a comfortable, safe environment, taking that first step can be empowering. My goal is to help you reach your goals by applying techniques and skills that are tailored to your wants and needs. We often get caught up in life and do not take time for ourselves. By slowing down we can access your inner and outer strengths to help you cope with every day life. By working together, we will be able to ease the stress and tension that has manifested within your life and or relationships.

I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, and issues with self-esteem and body image. I help couples and families struggling with issues such as communication, parenting, life-cycle changes, and boundary issues. I also specialize in mindfulness based treatment.
