1:1 Coaching

Do you feel as though you are living your life on auto-pilot? Are negative self-narratives blocking you from living the life you want to live? Do you find yourself struggling with motivation and self-defeating thoughts? If you have answered yes to any of these questions, then you have come to the right place! I am currently offering three different coaching/mentoring programs that will assist you in strengthening and shifting your mindset to a more positive one. I will help you develop and sharpen the skills to consistently show up for yourself in a more loving and accepting way by discovering and solidifying self-care habits within the foundation of self-love, mindfulness, and awareness.


Traditional Therapy

This is only offered to my clients who reside in the state of New York. You have the flexibility to come into my office or you can attend therapy via online video chat. Each session is 45-50 minutes long. Some insurances are accepted.
