Let me help you cultivate ever-lasting self-love, compassion, and acceptance through clarifying your values, working through your unconscious negative thoughts, increasing your awareness through mindfulness, and changing your habits to be more aligned with your values.
During the first month, we will build upon what we discussed in your self-love student assessment. We will work on clarifying your values, set goals, and begin to create healthy habits for your mind, body, and soul. We will also identify the problematic narratives and beliefs that you have about yourself while identifying potential challenges and roadblocks to living a full life. By the end of the first month, you will be more mindful of the negative thoughts and beliefs you have about yourself and you will begin to challenge them and reframe your thoughts into more positive ones.
During the second month, we will work on increasing your self-compassion by solidifying habits that are aligned with your values and goals. We will work on finally letting go of whatever it is that is holding you back from living a full, happy life. By the end of the second month, you will feel as though you have begun to create a new relationship with your thoughts and beliefs. You will begin to automatically dismiss your negative thoughts and make room for more positivity, love, and compassion not only for yourself, but also for the people around you.
During our final month working together, we will work on destroying your most tenacious negative unconscious narratives. You will have more confidence in yourself. By the end of our time together, you will be filled with self-love and compassion, increased awareness, and the cultivation of healthy habits to allow you to live your best life.
